When the NYC public schools are closed, we’re usually open for a full day of camp. We often feature the greatest hits from our sold-out Pop-Up Restaurant summer camp, our Make & Take after school program, or new themes like dumplings, pasta, pizza, or dessert.
Campers cook all morning, eat a nourishing lunch (made by them!). After lunch, they move into another lesson and enjoy a snack. Often camp includes some take-home food. Participants receive a digital recipe book illustrated with food photos they style and shoot so they can make the dishes again and again.
