Order Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it, we can issue a full refund. After 48 hours, we will issue a credit, valid for one year. However, if your cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the start of the class, we cannot issue a refund or credit. 

Missed Classes and Make-ups:

Full-semester students (Dynamite Dinner Club and/or Dynamite Baking Club) cannot receive credits or refunds for missed classes. We are happy to accommodate make-up classes within the semester term and time/day changes within the same week as the anticipated missed class, pending availability. (For Dinner Club, please inform us before the absence as early as possible in the week so we can try to schedule a make-up for the same lesson. For Baking Club, we can only offer another class time on the same day.)

If you do not attend your class without communicating with us beforehand, we will not issue a refund or credit.  

For workshops and one-day camps, the Order Cancellation policy above applies.

For week-long camps, the Order Cancellation policy above applies. We do not offer credits or refunds for missed days of camp.

We are also happy to provide a recording of the class provided you request it at least 24 hours in advance.

Change Requests:

Date changes and class transfers are accommodated on a case-by-case basis, pending availability. Please email frontdesk@thedynamiteshop.com to request changes. 

Class Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel any class at least 3 days prior to its start date and will issue a full refund.

Private Events:

We accept cancellations for refunds within 48 hours of booking as long as the event is at least 7 days away. Within 7 days of the event, we will issue a credit minus a $50 service fee. Within 48 hours of the event, no refunds or credit. Thanks for understanding.

Private Event Series:

For private event series cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the first class in the series, you will receive a refund for 50% of the deposit.
